Description
1st Kings starts with the end of David's reign that transitioned into the glory of Solomon's Kingdom. After Solomon's death the Kingdom was tragically divided between the 10 Tribes in the North & Judah in the South. God eventually sends Elijah the Prophet to confront the idolatry and false worship during this spiritual decline.
